Aircraft Detailing at Van Nuys, Burbank, Long Beach, and Every LA-Area Airport
Los Angeles is the busiest private aviation market in the country, and we bring detailing crews to your hangar or ramp instead of asking you to reposition the aircraft. We carry general liability insurance with certificates of insurance available for your FBO or airport authority, follow FOD discipline on every ramp, and use only aviation-approved, non-corrosive chemistry - no pressure washing near pitot-static ports, antennas, or avionics, ever.
Van Nuys Airport (VNY)
The busiest business jet airport in the United States. We service aircraft based with Clay Lacy Aviation, Signature, Castle & Cooke, and Jet Aviation - scheduled washes, full details, and turn cleans coordinated with your FBO's ramp access rules.
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR)
Charter and corporate aircraft at Atlantic Aviation and Million Air. Overnight interior details between trips are the most requested service here, timed so the cabin is guest-ready for the morning departure.
Long Beach Airport (LGB)
A growing bizjet field with Atlantic and Signature on the ramp, plus an active GA community. Full exterior details and brightwork polishing for based aircraft, and wash programs for flight schools.
Hawthorne (HHR) and Torrance (TOA)
Our home turf - both fields are minutes from our Redondo Beach base, which means the fastest scheduling in our aviation lineup. Torrance's helicopter community (home of the Robinson factory) gets rotor-safe wash and interior service.
Santa Monica (SMO), Camarillo (CMA), and beyond
We cover the full LA basin, and with Santa Monica Airport winding down toward its 2028 closure, we help relocating owners keep their wash program uninterrupted at their new field.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning cost?
Our aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning typically ranges from $350 - $8,000, depending on the size of the space and the scope of work. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before every job so there are no surprises.
How long does aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning take?
Most aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning appointments take between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the size of the space and the level of detail required. We will give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
How often should I get aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning?
It depends on your needs. Many customers book aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning on a recurring basis - weekly, biweekly, or monthly - to keep their space consistently clean. For one-time needs, a single session works great too. We can help you decide when you call.
What areas do you serve for aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning?
We offer aircraft detailing & private jet cleaning across the South Bay and Westside of Los Angeles, including Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, El Segundo, Culver City, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and nearby Los Angeles neighborhoods. Check our service area page or call (424) 677-1146 to confirm.
How much does it cost to detail a private jet or airplane?
It depends on the airframe and its condition. As a guide: piston singles like a Cessna 172 or Cirrus run roughly $350 to $1,000 for a full detail, turboprops like a King Air $900 to $2,500, light jets like a Phenom or CJ $1,500 to $4,000, and midsize and larger jets $4,000 to $8,000 or more. Brightwork polishing and ceramic coatings are quoted separately. Every aircraft is quoted per airframe - text or call (424) 677-1146 with the make and model and where it's based, and we'll price it.
Are your products safe for aircraft paint and avionics?
Yes. We use aviation-approved, non-corrosive, ammonia-free cleaners that meet the Boeing D6-17487 exterior cleaner specification, and we never pressure wash an aircraft - pitot-static ports, static wicks, antennas, and avionics bays are protected on every job. On ramps with wash-water runoff restrictions we switch to a waterless dry wash.
Can you clean our aircraft at our FBO or hangar?
Yes - we come to you at Van Nuys, Burbank, Long Beach, Hawthorne, Torrance, Santa Monica, Camarillo, and the surrounding fields. We are insured, provide a certificate of insurance naming your FBO or airport authority as required, and we coordinate ramp access and escort requirements with your FBO before the first visit.
How often should an aircraft be washed and detailed?
Most operators wash every two to six weeks and do a full detail every two to four months, depending on utilization and whether the aircraft lives in a hangar or on the ramp. We offer monthly wash programs at a discounted rate so the schedule runs itself - the same recurring model we use across our commercial accounts.
Do you handle turn cleans for charter operators?
Yes. For Part 135 and managed aircraft we do fast interior turns - cabin reset, galley, lav wipe-down, glass, and trash - scheduled around your flight activity, plus deeper interior details overnight or between trips.
